Frequently Asked Questions

Children can start karate from the age of 5.

For your first class, comfortable sports clothes like sweatpants and a t-shirt are fine. If you decide to continue training, you'll need to purchase a karate gi (uniform).

On average, it takes approximately 4-5 years of consistent training to reach black belt level. However, the journey is different for everyone, and we focus on personal growth rather than rushing through ranks.

Karate is a very safe martial art when practiced properly. Safety is our priority. We teach controlled techniques and proper form to minimize risk. Karate actually helps prevent injuries by improving body awareness and coordination.

No, you don't need to be fit to begin. Karate training itself will help improve your fitness level gradually. Our instructors adapt exercises based on individual capabilities, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace.
